STONE CLIFF EVENTS:

The amendment to the CC&Rs regarding assessments was approved by the homeowners at the 2008 Annual Meeting. Once recorded, this amendment will be sent to all owners. It will also be posted on the website. The amendment to the CC&Rs regarding  rentals did not pass, but many in attendance wanted to see it again with a few changes. A Committee was formed and will be making a recommendation to the Board for a new amendment to be proposed to the owners.

Stone Cliff HOA would like to move towards an electronic billing system. If you would like to begin being billed electronically, please email accounting@stonecliffhoa.com with your name, lot number(s), and email address. All email addresses will remain confidential and will not be used for other purposes. This will save the HOA postage and handling fees. Electronic Billing - Rules and Regulations

The Rules and Regulations are being updated to include an Open House/ Homes for Sale Policy. Once complete, the updated Rules and Regulations will be posted on the website. We will notify you when the website is updated, which should be in the next month. We appreciate the input we have had by several owner/real estate agents, especially the efforts of Rand McCullough. We would like to welcome John Anderson back to the Board of Directors for another three year term! We appreciate your willingness to serve!

SUSPICIOUS ACTIVITY

We encourage all residents to immediately call the guardhouse cell phone, 435-680-9038, to report any suspicious activity. Please be proactive and take part of the neighborhood watch by calling Security if you see anything out of the ordinary.

 2008 Stone Cliff Social Calendar

The Social Committee has several events planned this year for the entire community. As Chairperson Nanette Pugsley noted at the Annual Meeting, these events are bringing a stronger sense of community to Stone Cliff.
